NCNC General Meeting Luncheon

It’s that time of year again!
Join us for our annual holiday luncheon at the beautiful world-famous Madonna Inn.
If you aren’t in the holiday spirit before this luncheon, you will be after this festive afternoon.
Register early; this popular event will sell out.
Our holiday entertainment will be provided by The Cuesta Concord Chorus. This group started in 2006 to promote the expansion of community arts programs in Paso Robles. It includes talented singers of all ages, including some of our own NCNC members.
Social hour and president’s announcements: 11 am – 12 pm
Lunch served: 12 pm
Maximum no. of guests: 125
Cost per person: $38
Menu:
- Green salad, whipped potatoes and chef’s vegetable choice will be served with each meal option below.
- Meal #1: Roast pork – roasted center cut pork loin – with traditional herb dressing and old-fashioned pork gravy; applesauce available upon request
- Meal #2: Chicken piccata – boneless chicken breast breaded with Italian herbs – enhanced with lemon caper white wine sauce
- Meal #3: Vegetarian – grilled portobello mushroom layered with heirloom tomatoes, goat cheese, and balsamic reduction drizzle – with seasonal vegetables
- Two desserts will be served from the famous Madonna Inn bakery.
Wine and cocktails:
Wine and cocktails will be available for purchase.
Bring your own wine for a $15 corkage fee at the bar.
Remember to bring cash for the opportunity drawing. We are going to have some great prizes!

November 12— Members in good standing and their guests
November 19 — Alumni and their guests
Please register early; space is limited!
Registration closes:
November 29 at 8 pm (or when capacity is reached)
There will be no new registration after the deadline or once the event is sold out. If the event sells out, you may add your name to a wait list.
Payment:
Pre-payment is appreciated as it simplifies and expedites event check-ins:
- by credit card using our secure online payment system
- by check (no cash, please) mailed to North County Newcomers, PO Box 4512, Paso Robles, CA 93447
Please note payment must reach PO Box by deadline date
Payment at event via cash or check is accepted if you're pre-registered. To expedite check in, please be prepared with:
- check, pre-written to North County Newcomers Club
- cash, exact change
Cancellation deadline:
If you need to cancel, it must be by November 29 at 8 pm. If you make a reservation and do not attend, you are still responsible for its payment.
Please note reservations are non-transferable and non-refundable after the published cancellation date.
Important health and safety notice:
All attendees (members and guests) at any NCNC sponsored event or activity, must be fully vaccinated. Moreover, at any large gathering, including but not limited to monthly general meetings and wine club meetings, proof of vaccination will be required.
